Menurut agama Hindu.
Pentadbiran sesebuah kerajaan harus di tangan golongan ksatriya. Kalau tidak, negara itu akan hancur dengan sendiri kerana dirompak dari dalam oleh pentadbir. Raja negara berkenaan akan tanggung dosanya di neraka.
Kelayakan menjadi Ksatriya.
1.Guna (Kelakuan dan etika)
Keimanan.
Beriman kepada Brahman, Atman dan Kitab Veda.
Kelakuan individu.
Satvic (amanah dan jujur, dll positif) dan Rajas (berani, sanggup berkorban)
2. Karma (Perbuatan)
Pendidikan tinggi.
Tamat pengajian seperti Kitab-kitab Veda, Upaveda seperti Dhanurveda, Artha Shastra, Manu Dharma dan lain-lain.
Pekerjaan bidang Ksatriya.
Raja, Menteri, Askar, polis, penguatkuasa kerajaan. (tidak terlibat dalam perniagaan)
Sekiranya salah satu daripada kriteria tidak dipenuhi, orang itu akan hilang kelayakan menjadi Ksatriya. Maka, dia tidak layak mengambil bahagian dalam pentadbiran sesebuah kerajaan.

According to Hinduism.
The administration of a government should be in the hands of the ksatriyas. Otherwise, the country will be ruined on its own as it is robbed from within by the administrators. The king of the country will be punished in hell.
Qualification to be a Ksatriya.
1. Guna (Conduct and ethics)
a. Faith.
Believe in Brahman, Atman and the Vedas.
b. Individual behavior.
Satvic (trustworthy and honest, positive etc.) and Rajas (brave, willing to sacrifice)
2. Karma (Deeds)
a. Higher education.
Graduates such as Vedas, Upavedas such as Dhanurveda, Artha Shastra, Manu Dharma and others.
b. Ksatriya field work.
Kings, Ministers, Soldiers, police, government enforcers. (not involved in business)
If one of the criteria is not met, the person will be disqualified from becoming a Ksatriya. Therefore, he is not eligible to participate in the administration of a government.
